A native from Tepotzotlán, José Baldi is a self-taught modern impressionistic artist. His art has received International acclaim, with over 1,500 works making their way into private collections, galleries and museums worldwide.
His romantic interpretations of still life, nudes, landscapes, seascapes, urban scenes, real or imaginary, represent a search for nature and freedom that invite the viewer to go deep inside the painting and play. His unique style invites us to admire common place things we look at every day, but don’t really see, in a clear yet dreamy focus.
The Fine Arts exhibit showcasing José Baldi’s most popular work will be displayed in Garza Blanca’s Lobby.
